My brother Scott is going to be in a group photo show at the new LA gallery THIS. If your in LA at the end of the moth it is required you go to THIS.
Thank me later.
Think Mark Gonzales is resting on his much deserved laurels? Think again, the most recent video posted on the adidas skateboarding website “San Francisco Seconds” proves otherwise.

Speaking of Mark he’s having a studio sale in NYC in 10-ish days. You should go.

I got these photos awhile ago and have been delayed in posting them. The photos came from Walter Pieringer, an Austin based photographer.
In the email he wrote “I thought I’d let you know that I ran across a guy in a tattoo parlor getting one of your drawings tattooed on him — see images attached. The ironic thing is, the dude smokes a pack a day.”
Thank you so much for the photos Walter.
Keep them coming people. I love it.
Ty Evans gives his mini top five on Chomp On This! history. Check out #4.

Have you checked out Scott’s website lately? There is a lot of stuff going on there. Chasing Thunder and the Blog. Do your eyes a favour and check it out daily. The kid is gnarly.

My friend and Art Dumper Eric Anthony finally got his act together and posted a website of his deep catalogue of photos, it’s called The High Desert. Nice work Eric.

Received an email yesterday letting me know that Niall McClelland has updated his website. Niall does an amazing job bridging the gap between graphic and fine art. He is also coming off a well received show this past fall at the Toronto based Clint Roenisch Gallery with photographer Jeremy Jansen.

Vancouver’s Ion magazine has just released their most recent issue. This issue focuses on Vancouver based artist. Since I’m one of those I was asked to do an interview with them.
You can see the results and an afternoon conversation I had with Zia Hirji here (Low Brah? really dude, harsh.)
See if you can grab and issue because there is a New Year drunken interview and profile with my fellow studio mate Justin Gradin.
