Tripped across this video this morning. It looks really great but also makes me feel a little uncomfortable as I know the discomfort of being tattooed and this video goes by at a blistering pace.

Friday, September 18th, 2009Alex Gorodskoy is an illustration student at Sheridan in Oakville. I met him a few years ago while he and his girlfriend were traveling around the west coast. A while back he sent me a photo of his tattoo and I quickly misplaced it. I have now relocated the photo.
When I first received this photo it took me a minute to remember where he would have found this image. It’s not a typical drawing of mine and that is what makes it rad.

A grey day.
Monday, June 22nd, 2009The sun in Vancouver has taken sometime off so we are back to grey and chilly days.
It was a fun weekend. The Emerica team was in town for Go Skateboarding Day. I have to say it has been awhile since I have had a fun day on my skateboard but rolling down the middle of the street surrounded by skaters and bringing traffic to a stop was pretty amazing.
This weekend saw the release of Brandon Beibel’s Battle Commander video over at The Berrics. It’s a pretty sweet video. Momentum did a Berric’s collaboration for the launch of the video. I put this wheel together last week.
Another nice week start showed up in my inbox this afternoon. It was a photo from Matthew Minolaio. He got “Versus” inked this weekend. Looks good Matthew.
